Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see how our flooring looks in your home's unique lighting. You can order up to five samples for a small flat fee, which is fully refundable if you place a full flooring order over $500.
How do you handle shipping for heavy flooring materials?
We use specialized freight carriers to ensure your flooring arrives safely. All orders are palletized and delivered via curbside service. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
What is your return policy for unused boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs. Custom or clearance items are final sale.
Are Arko Flooring products compatible with underfloor heating?
Most of our engineered hardwood and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) collections are compatible with radiant heating systems. However, we recommend checking the specific technical data sheet for your chosen product to ensure it meets the necessary heat tolerance requirements.
How can I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
To calculate your needs, multiply the length of your room by the width to get the square footage. We strongly recommend adding a 10% 'waste factor' to your total to account for cuts, corners, and future repairs.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Arko Flooring is a product supplier only. While we do not provide in-house installation, all our products come with detailed installation guides, and we can offer advice on finding a certified flooring contractor in your local area.
