Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the uninstalled flooring in its original boxes and arrange for pickup or drop-off using the provided shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
